Description
Crispy bang bang salmon bites are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or main dish. The salmon is coated in a crispy crust and drizzled with a creamy, slightly spicy bang bang sauce.

- 1 lb salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Mix panko, cornstarch, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dip salmon pieces in beaten egg, then coat with the panko mixture.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook salmon bites for 2-3 minutes per side until crispy.
- Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes.
- Whisk mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice in a bowl.
- Drizzle sauce over salmon bites before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, air fry at 400°F for 8 minutes instead of baking.
- Adjust sriracha to control spiciness.
- Serve with extra sauce for dipping.
