Ingredients

  • 14 oz firm tofu
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture.
  2. Cut the tofu into cubes.
  3. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  4. Add tofu cubes and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Place tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  8. Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
