Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- In a bowl, toss sweet potato cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Place the coated sweet potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Check for doneness—potatoes should be crispy on the outside and tender inside. Cook 2-3 minutes more if needed.
- Serve warm.
