- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, place the flour. In a third bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each shrimp in flour, shaking off excess, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the panko mixture, pressing to adhere.
- Arrange the breaded shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some cayenne pepper to the breadcrumb mixture.
