Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, place the flour. In a third bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip each shrimp in flour, shaking off excess, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the panko mixture, pressing to adhere.
  5. Arrange the breaded shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
  6. Cook in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some cayenne pepper to the breadcrumb mixture.
