Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet, skinless and boneless, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the salmon pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until the salmon is well coated.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. Dredge each piece of salmon in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
  5. Place the salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to work in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the coating is golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges.
