- 1 lb salmon fillet, skinless and boneless, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the salmon pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until the salmon is well coated.
- In a separate bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Dredge each piece of salmon in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Place the salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to work in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the coating is golden brown and crispy.
- Serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges.
