Ingredients
Scale
- 2 pounds of baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding for even cooking.
- Cook the potatoes for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Once cooked, remove the potatoes and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the potatoes in water for 30 minutes before seasoning to remove excess starch.
- Ensure the potatoes are dry before tossing them with oil and seasonings.
- You can experiment with different seasonings like Italian herbs, chili powder, or Parmesan cheese for variety.
