Instructions
- Wash and scrub the potatoes under cold water, then cut them into quarters.
- In a large bowl, toss the potato quarters with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
- Once cooked, remove the potatoes from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm.

- For extra crispiness, you can soak the cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking.
