  • Author: ushinzomr

Description

These crispy air fryer potatoes are golden brown, perfectly seasoned, and have a wonderful crunch. They’re an easy side dish that pairs well with any meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds small potatoes (Yukon Gold or baby red potatoes)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and scrub the potatoes under cold water, then cut them into quarters.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the potato quarters with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  5. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Once cooked, remove the potatoes from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, you can soak the cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking.
  • Feel free to adjust the seasonings to your taste. You can add herbs like rosemary or thyme for extra flavor.
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
