Description

Crispy air fryer parmesan mushrooms are a quick and flavorful appetizer or side dish. The mushrooms are coated in parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs, then air-fried until golden and crispy.


Ingredients

  • 16 oz (450g) button mushrooms, cleaned
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
  3. Toss mushrooms in olive oil until lightly coated.
  4. Dredge mushrooms in the parmesan mixture, pressing gently to stick.
