Description

- 16 oz (450g) button mushrooms, cleaned
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
- Toss mushrooms in olive oil until lightly coated.
- Dredge mushrooms in the parmesan mixture, pressing gently to stick.
- Place mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm with dipping sauce if desired.
Notes
- Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.
- For spicier mushrooms, add 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper.
- Best served immediately for maximum crispiness.
