Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Beat the egg in another bowl.
  4. Dip chicken in egg, then coat with the parmesan mixture.
  5. Lightly spray or brush the chicken with olive oil.
  6. Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway.
  7. Check internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
