- 8 oz (225g) mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- In a bowl, toss the mushrooms with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place the mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately.

- Use any type of mushrooms you prefer.
- For extra crispiness, cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
