Description

Crispy and flavorful air fryer mushrooms make a perfect side dish or snack. They are quick to prepare and packed with umami flavor.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225g) mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, toss the mushrooms with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Place the mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  5. Serve immediately.
