- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional for extra crispiness)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken slices with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the chicken until fully done, about 5-7 minutes.
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface and add a portion of cooked chicken and shredded mozzarella in the center.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly from the bottom to form a wrap.
- Lightly spray or brush the wraps with olive oil and sprinkle breadcrumbs if using.
- Place the wraps in the air fryer basket, seam-side down, and cook for 6-8 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Flip halfway through cooking to ensure even crispiness.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
