Ingredients

  • 4 large baking potatoes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Bake potatoes for 1 hour or until tender.
  3. Cut potatoes in half and scoop out the insides.
  4. Mash the potato insides with sour cream, butter, cheese, green onions, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  5. Spoon the mixture back into the potato skins.
  6. Bake for another 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
