- 4 large baking potatoes
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Bake potatoes for 1 hour or until tender.
- Cut potatoes in half and scoop out the insides.
- Mash the potato insides with sour cream, butter, cheese, green onions, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Spoon the mixture back into the potato skins.
- Bake for another 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Let potatoes cool slightly before scooping.
- Add turkey meat bits for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
