- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cups fresh spinach
Instructions
- Season chicken with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add heavy cream, chicken broth, and Parmesan. Stir until smooth.
- Add cherry tomatoes and spinach. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until spinach wilts.
- Return chicken to the skillet. Cook for 2 more minutes to heat through.
- Serve warm.

- Use fresh spinach for best texture.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
