Description

Creamy Tuscan Chicken is a flavorful dish featuring chicken in a rich sauce with sun-dried tomatoes and spinach.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Add to the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  3. Remove chicken and set aside.
  4. Add garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add heavy cream, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Stir well.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for another 5-7 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
