Description

Tuscan Chicken is a creamy and flavorful dish with spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and a rich garlic-parmesan sauce. It’s simple to make and pairs well with pasta, rice, or crusty bread.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
  4. Add parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until cheese melts.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet. Add spinach and sun-dried tomatoes.
  6. Simmer for 5 minutes until spinach wilts and sauce thickens.
  7. Serve warm.
