Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add beef slices and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add butter, onion, and garlic. Sauté until softened.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
  5. Add Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
  7. Return beef to the skillet and mix well.
  8. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve hot.

Notes

  • For a thicker sauce, simmer longer.
  • Substitute beef with chicken if preferred.
  • Best served with pasta or mashed potatoes.
