Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Press sugar cookie dough into a greased 9-inch pie dish.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden. Let cool.
- Beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
- Spread filling over cooled cookie crust.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
