Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), thinly sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak slices and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, Parmesan, salt, pepper, thyme, and red pepper flakes. Stir well and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Add cooked pasta and steak back to the skillet. Toss to coat evenly.
- Serve hot with extra Parmesan if desired.
Notes
- For extra flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
