Description

A creamy and flavorful dish combining tender chicken with spinach and artichokes.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup chopped artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
  3. Remove chicken and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant.
  5. Add spinach and artichokes, cooking until spinach wilts.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 5 minutes.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Serve hot.

  • Adjust creaminess by adding more or less heavy cream.
