Description

A rich and creamy pasta dish combining salmon and shrimp in a smooth Alfredo sauce.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 lb salmon fillet, cubed
  • 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add salmon and shrimp. Cook for 4-5 minutes until shrimp turns pink and salmon is flaky.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
  6. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use fresh salmon and shrimp for best flavor.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • For a lighter version, replace heavy cream with half-and-half.
