Ingredients

- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 lb salmon fillet, cubed
- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add salmon and shrimp. Cook for 4-5 minutes until shrimp turns pink and salmon is flaky.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Add cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- Use fresh salmon and shrimp for best flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For a lighter version, replace heavy cream with half-and-half.
