Description

A rich and creamy pasta dish with salmon and shrimp in a homemade Alfredo sauce.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 lb salmon, cubed
  • 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add salmon and shrimp to the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes until seafood is almost done.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and stir. Let it simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Add butter, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until sauce thickens.
  6. Toss in cooked pasta and mix well. Garnish with parsley before serving.
