- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add sliced beef and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, sauté onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, and garlic until softened.
- Return beef to the pot and add beef broth. Bring to a simmer.
- Stir in heavy cream, cream cheese, and provolone until fully melted.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot with crusty bread or ers.
