  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced beef and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pot, sauté onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, and garlic until softened.
  4. Return beef to the pot and add beef broth. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, cream cheese, and provolone until fully melted.
  6. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
