Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and scrape any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
  5. Add heavy cream, parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Stir until the sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 2-3 minutes to heat through.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
