Ingredients

- 1 lb steak, cut into thin strips
- 2 cups pasta shells
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta shells according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add steak strips and cook until browned. Remove from pan.
- In the same pan, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Add paprika and stir for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, and stir in Parmesan cheese.
- Add cooked steak and pasta shells, stirring until well coated.
- Season with salt and pepper, garnish with parsley, and serve.
Notes
- Use any cut of steak you prefer.
- Adjust paprika for more or less heat.
- Add vegetables like bell peppers for extra flavor.
