Ingredients

  • 2 cups pasta shells
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta shells according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add steak strips and cook until browned. Remove from pan.
  3. In the same pan, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  4. Add paprika and stir for 1 minute.
  5. Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, and stir in Parmesan cheese.
  6. Add cooked steak and pasta shells, stirring until well coated.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, garnish with parsley, and serve.
