- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Cook chicken in the skillet for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic and mushrooms until tender.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir until the sauce thickens.
- Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot.
