- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cups milk

- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
- Reduce heat and add cheddar and Parmesan cheese. Stir until melted.
- Combine cheese sauce with cooked macaroni.
- Serve hot.
