Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and oregano, then cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
  4. Add chicken broth, lemon juice, and zest, scraping up any browned bits.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, simmering until the sauce thickens.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet, coating it with the sauce. Garnish with parsley before serving.
