Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
  5. Pour in heavy cream, stir in parmesan cheese, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes.
  6. Simmer sauce for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet, coat with sauce, and cook for 2 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
