- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream, stir in parmesan cheese, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes.
- Simmer sauce for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
- Return chicken to the skillet, coat with sauce, and cook for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- Use freshly grated parmesan for best flavor.
- Adjust red pepper flakes for desired spiciness.
- Serve with pasta or steamed vegetables.
