Description
A quick and creamy garlic parmesan chicken pasta that’s ready in 30 minutes. Perfect for a delicious weeknight dinner.

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb), sliced
- 8 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5-6 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir in parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add cooked chicken and pasta to the sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute half-and-half for heavy cream.
- Add spinach or sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
