A rich and creamy garlic parmesan chicken served with cheesy twisted pasta for a comforting meal.
Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz twisted pasta (fusilli or rotini)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken from skillet, then add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream, parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Stir until sauce thickens slightly.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top, cover, and let melt for 2 minutes.
- Slice chicken and serve over the cheesy pasta. Garnish with dried parsley.
Notes
- Use freshly grated parmesan for best flavor.
- Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
- For extra creaminess, add a splash of milk if needed.
