Ingredients

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes per side.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir in thyme, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Meanwhile, boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and mash with butter and milk.
- Serve chicken with sauce over mashed potatoes.
