- 8 oz ground beef
- 8 oz sausage, sliced
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cook penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, brown the ground beef and sausage over medium heat.
- Add garlic and butter, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, stir well, and let simmer for 3 minutes.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Mix in cooked pasta, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Toss until well coated.
- Serve hot.
