- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder

- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 8 flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook beef in olive oil until browned. Add garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix sour cream and heavy cream in a bowl.
- Fill tortillas with beef and cheese, roll tightly, and place in a baking dish.
- Pour creamy garlic sauce over enchiladas and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with cilantro before serving.
