Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225 g) feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled feta cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, black pepper, and dried oregano.
  2. Using a fork or a hand mixer, blend the mixture until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
  5. Serve immediately with pita chips, veggies, or crackers.

Notes

  • For a thinner consistency, add a little more olive oil or Greek yogurt.
  • This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
