Ingredients

- 8 oz (225 g) feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled feta cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, black pepper, and dried oregano.
- Using a fork or a hand mixer, blend the mixture until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
- Serve immediately with pita chips, veggies, or crackers.
Notes
- For a thinner consistency, add a little more olive oil or Greek yogurt.
- This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
