Ingredients

  • 1 package (3 oz) raspberry-flavored gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 apple, diced

Instructions

  1. Rinse cranberries and chop them finely.
  2. Mix cranberries with sugar and let sit for 30 minutes.
  3. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, then add cold water.
  4. Stir in cranberry mixture, celery, walnuts, and diced apple.
  5. Pour into a mold or dish and refrigerate until set (about 4 hours).
  6. Serve chilled.
