- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook pasta shells according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, spinach, ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each shell with the chicken and spinach mixture.
- Spread marinara sauce in a baking dish, then place stuffed shells on top.
- Drizzle heavy cream over the shells and sprinkle extra mozzarella on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for a quick shortcut.
- Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
- Substitute spinach with kale if preferred.
