Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 10 oz fresh spinach, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add spinach and cook until wilted, then remove from heat.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, heavy cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Stir in cooked chicken and spinach.
  6. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
