- 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 1/2 cup pesto sauce
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add diced chicken, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden brown.
- Add pesto and Alfredo sauce to the pan. Stir well.
- Add cooked pasta to the sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.

- Use fresh pesto for better flavor.
- Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
- Add a splash of pasta water if the sauce is too thick.
