- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, cook the diced chicken until no longer pink.
- Add cream of chicken soup and chicken broth to the skillet.
- Stir in the cooked rice and mixed vegetables.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on low heat for 5-10 minutes until heated through.
- Serve hot.
