- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix chicken, broccoli, cheese, sour cream, milk, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle over the chicken mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Replace broccoli with cauliflower if preferred.
- Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
