Ingredients

  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Add shrimp, Cajun seasoning, garlic, onion, and bell pepper. Cook until shrimp turns pink.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir until sauce thickens.
  5. Add cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss to coat evenly.
  6. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
