- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Add shrimp, Cajun seasoning, garlic, onion, and bell pepper. Cook until shrimp turns pink.
- Pour in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir until sauce thickens.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss to coat evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.

- Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste.
- Use fresh shrimp for best results.
- Substitute half-and-half for a lighter sauce.
