Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb beef strips
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season beef strips with Cajun seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook beef strips until browned. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
  7. Return beef strips to the pan and toss with the sauce.
  8. Add cooked spaghetti and mix well.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
