Ingredients

  • 8 oz linguine
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Slice into strips.
  4. In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan until melted and smooth.
  7. Add cooked linguine and sliced chicken. Toss to coat.
  8. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley.
