- 8 oz linguine
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Slice into strips.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked linguine and sliced chicken. Toss to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning for more or less heat.
- Substitute half-and-half for lighter creaminess.
