- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Season chicken with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream, then add mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir until cheese melts and sauce thickens.
- Add cooked pasta and chicken to the sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
- Serve hot.
