- 8 flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup enchilada sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and cream cheese in a bowl.
- Spoon the filling into each tortilla, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in a baking dish.
- Pour enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
