Instructions
- Cook beef tortellini according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add asparagus tips and cook for 3 minutes.
- Stir in spinach until wilted.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Toss cooked tortellini in the sauce.
- Serve warm.
