- 1 cup Arborio rice
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1/2 lb beef, diced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add diced beef and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Add Arborio rice and stir for 1-2 minutes.
- Gradually add beef broth, stirring constantly until absorbed.
- Return beef to the pan and continue cooking until rice is creamy and tender.
- Stir in parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
