- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add minced garlic, salt, black pepper, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Stir well.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese. Toss until well coated.
- Serve warm.
