- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup melted butter, and 2 tbsp sugar. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
- Pour filling over crust.
- Toss apples with cinnamon and spread over filling.
- Combine flour, brown sugar, and cold butter to make crumble. Sprinkle over apples.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes. Let cool before serving.
