Instructions

  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup melted butter, and 2 tbsp sugar. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
  4. Pour filling over crust.
  5. Toss apples with cinnamon and spread over filling.
  6. Combine flour, brown sugar, and cold butter to make crumble. Sprinkle over apples.
  7. Bake for 50-55 minutes. Let cool before serving.
