A delicious and comforting dish featuring creamy Alfredo chicken pasta paired with crispy Parmesan fries. Perfect for a hearty meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 200g pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 large potatoes, cut into fries
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for fries)
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the potato fries with olive oil, paprika, and Parmesan cheese. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
  3. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  4. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a skillet, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat. Cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and slice.
  5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan until the sauce thickens.
  6. Add the cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the skillet, tossing to coat in the Alfredo sauce.
  7. Serve the creamy Alfredo chicken pasta with the Parmesan fries on the side.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
  • Add steamed broccoli or spinach for extra veggies.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
